Banana Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 3 large rip bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanila extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray your 8x4 loaf pan with cooking spray or grease it with butter.
  • Melt the butter in a bowl. You can melt it in the microwave or on the stove.
  • Add bananas to the same bowl, and mash with a fork.
  • Add vanilla extract and eggs to the same bowl, and mix everything very well.
  • In a second bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, and combine everything together using a spatula.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes. To check if it's ready, insert a toothpick; if it comes out clean, it's done. Let it cool completely, and it's ready to indulge. Enjoy!
