Mix all dry ingredients together: flour, yeast and salt.
Add warm water and mix it with a spatula.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 3 - 4 hours in a warm place.
After the dough has risen, move it to the wooden board. The board should be sprinkled with some flour. Carefully spread the dough around the cutting board.
Start incorporating shredded cheddar cheese into the dough and fold it into a ball. Lay some parchment paper in a clean bowl, place the dough inside, and make a cut in the middle. Let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 450°F and put your Dutch oven into the oven to let it heat up. Once the oven is ready, remove the Dutch oven and place your bread inside.
Close the lid and let it cook for 25-30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the lid and let it cook for another 10-15 minutes.
And there you have it – your own no-knead cheesy bread is ready. Allow it to cool completely before cutting.
