- 1 cup brown sugar(you can use light brown sugar as well)
- 2 1/4 cup oatmeal(old fashioned or quick)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup butter(room temp – IMPORTANT)
